Wording for your will

Below is the suggested wording to include a bequest to Melbourne High School General Trust in your Will.

“I bequeath to the Melbourne High School General Trust for its general purposes (the whole) or (a specific amount or gift) or (a percentage) or (the residue) of my Estate free of all duties, and I declare that the receipt of its Treasurer or other Authorised Officer shall be sufficient discharge to my Executor and my Executor shall not be bound to see to the application of this bequest.”
